2. Subject of the Service

The Platform offers Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking practice, mock exams, vocabulary and grammar exercises, AI-based scoring and feedback, and progress tracking to help you prepare for IELTS and other English proficiency exams. AI scores are estimates only; they do not replace an official IELTS result and no particular exam result is guaranteed.

3. Membership

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure; all activity under your account is your responsibility.
• You must be at least 13 years old to register. Users under 18 may purchase a paid package only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You may not share your account with or transfer it to anyone else.

4. Paid Packages and Payment

• Paid packages are sold as one-time purchases that give access for a fixed period: Starter 1 month, Pro 3 months, Elite 5 months, Writing 3 months. Packages do not renew automatically and your card is not charged again; when the period ends, you can buy a new package if you wish to continue. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
• Payments are collected by Lemon Squeezy acting as merchant of record; your card details are not stored on Exalang servers. Your invoice is issued by Lemon Squeezy.
• Price changes apply only to purchases made after the change.
• Your right of withdrawal and refund terms are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Rules of Use

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

• attempting unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or to our systems,
• actions that disrupt the Platform or place an excessive load on it,
• collecting, copying or redistributing Platform content with automated tools,
• uploading malware or sharing content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform’s software, design, brand and the original content prepared by Exalang belong to or are licensed to Exalang. This content may be used for personal study only. Texts and recordings you upload to the Platform remain yours; we process them only to provide the service to you.

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your rights, you can report it to [email protected]; reports are reviewed and infringing content is removed.

7. Personal Data and Cookies

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies is explained in the Cookie Policy.

8. Liability

Exalang takes reasonable care to keep the Platform running without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Exalang is not liable for indirect losses arising from maintenance, technical failures or outages caused by third-party service providers. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Termination

You may delete your account, or ask us to delete it, at any time. If the Platform is used in breach of this agreement, Exalang may suspend or close the account; in that case you will be told the reason.

10. Changes to This Agreement

If we make a material change to this agreement, you will be asked to accept the updated version before you continue using the Platform.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits.
